Howelsen Hill – Skiing for cheap in Steamboat Springs

One of Steamboat Springs best deals in town is a ski pass at Howelsen Hill. It’s a small area but if you’re just looking to take a few runs during a work break and you don’t want to drive to Mt Werner, head to Howelsen Hill.

Season passes to Howelsen Hill Ski Area will be on sale from 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 27 to 30 at the Howelsen Hill Concession Stand and during normal operating hours throughout the season. The ski area is scheduled to open with limited terrain Dec. 1.

Preseason prices:

 $35 for children 6 and younger

$75 for youths ages 7 to 18

 $95 for full-time college students

 $170 for adults ages 19 to 59 and

$370 for a family including an adult and spouse and all children younger than 18.

Prices will increase Jan. 1.
